This HBO series depicts a period of history from Rome filled with
conflict and tales related to the power struggles of the time as
seen by the scriptwriters involved and the actors chosen for this
project. It is during times of such cruelty as has been the
experience of men on the earth in all parts around there on the
landscapes of Europe during a settling of ruling disputes and
the like that the spirit of men was formed, strength of the highest
seen, by those of the men of Rome of true idealism came into being
as a factor to remain throughout history, while those lacking this
endowment of true idealism sink into further degeneration as
beings seeking to keep themselves feigning amidst it all.
